Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Rookalet Games ("we", "us") about your use of Mana Mix (the "game"). By playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read and agree to these terms for you.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own non-commercial enjoyment. The game, its art, music, characters and content belong to us or our licensors.
Your account
Your progress is saved to an account on our servers. Please keep your device and any linked Google Play Games account secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings → Account; deletion is permanent.
Virtual items and currencies
The game has virtual items and currencies, such as gold, crystals, keys, tickets, items and seeds. Some can be earned by playing and some can be bought.
- They are a licence to use content in the game, not property you own. They have no real-world money value and can't be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to other players.
- All purchases are final, except where the law or Google Play's refund policy says otherwise. Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google Play.
- We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items, prices and features as the game develops.
- Subscriptions (Contracts) renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals; benefits last until the end of the period already paid for.
Fair play and conduct
Please play fairly and be kind. You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, modify the game or its traffic, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
- choose a display name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone, or shares personal information;
- harass other players or misuse the friends features;
- interfere with the game's servers or other players' enjoyment.
Scores are checked automatically. We may reset results, remove names, remove players from leaderboards, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Changes and availability
The game is a live service and will change over time. We may add, change or remove features, events and modes, and the game may sometimes be unavailable (for example during maintenance). We may stop offering the game in the future; if we do, we will give notice in the game where we reasonably can.
Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the game will be free of errors or interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and announce big changes in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
