Delete your Mana Mix account
In the game (fastest)
- Open Mana Mix.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm twice.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the game
If you no longer have the game installed, email
support@rookaletgames.com with the
subject "Delete my account". Include your player ID (for example PM-1234, shown in Settings →
Account) or the Google Play Games name you signed in with, so we can find your account. We will delete it within
30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- All progress: levels, scores, stars, experience, achievements and Weekly history
- Items, gold, crystals, keys, tickets, seeds and garden
- Your display name, portrait and Play Games picture link
- Your friends list (you are also removed from other players' lists)
What may be kept
- Past Weekly ranking summaries may keep your player ID and rank, no longer linked to any account.
- Crash reports (error details, game version and player ID) may be kept to help us fix bugs.
- Purchase records held by Google Play are kept by Google under its own policies.
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Purchased items and currencies are lost and can't be refunded.
